Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations during shift to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Lead and coach restaurant crew; delegate tasks and provide feedback.
• Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards; monitor storage and prep.
• Open/close procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Create and adjust shift schedules to meet service needs.
• Train new hires on policies, procedures, and duties; conduct ongoing training.
