Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Shift Leader to support the General Manager and on-duty supervisor in managing daily restaurant operations at our Springfield, Tennessee location. You will work with the Restaurant Management Team to ensure all activities align with the business plan and supervise Crew Persons and Team Leaders to meet job expectations.

The role emphasizes delivering quality customer service, developing staff skills, and driving sales while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant management experience or related education.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Strong team-building ability.
• Investigative and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Must have a telephone or other reliable method of communicating with the restaurant.
• Must be accessible to meet the restaurant’s needs with open door policy.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; identify and implement improvements with positive business results.
