The role emphasizes quality customer service, staff development, scheduling, cash handling, and adherence to company policies. You will participate in training, meetings, and special projects as business needs evolve.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–3 years of restaurant management experience or education showing command of restaurant operations.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bi-lingual skills are a plus and may benefit daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality product and customer service to achieve total customer satisfaction.
• Lead shift activities and support management to maximize sales and control costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and model company values.
