Job summary

CKE Restaurants, Inc. is seeking a Shift Leader to support the General Manager and manage crew during busy periods. This role partners with the Restaurant Management Team to ensure adherence to the business plan and that Crew Persons and Team Leaders perform their duties effectively.

The position requires 2–3 years of restaurant management experience, a High School Diploma or GED, strong planning and time management, and good communication. Bi-lingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of restaurant management experience/education.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Strong team-building abilities.
• Investigative and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Able to communicate with the restaurant and maintain an open door policy.
• Bi-lingual skills are a plus.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to drive process improvements.
