Job summary

CKE Restaurants is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the General Manager with management activities and to supervise Crew Persons and Team Leaders to meet the restaurant’s business plan. You will work with the Restaurant Management Team to ensure all activities align with goals and that staff perform their duties effectively.

This role requires strong planning, time management, teamwork, and communication skills, with bilingual abilities a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant management experience or equivalent.
• GED/High School diploma required.
• Strong planning and time management skills.
• Team-building and leadership abilities.
• Good problem-solving and cash-handling skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager or on-duty supervisor with management activities.
• Supervise Crew Persons and Team Leaders to meet job expectations.
• Support efforts to maximize sales and profits and minimize costs.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
• Model and promote company values.
• Communicate effectively with internal/external contacts.
• Attend trainings and meetings as required.
• Perform other duties and special projects as needed.
