The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, teamwork, and adherence to policies, with opportunities to participate in training, meetings, and special projects as business needs evolve.

Formación

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 2–3 years restaurant management experience or education.
• Strong planning and time management skills.
• Team building and interpersonal skills.
• Investigative and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Must be reachable by phone and maintain open-door policy.
• Bi-lingual skills a plus.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities with process improvement focus.
