Job summary

Harri is seeking a Shift Leader to support the management team in achieving restaurant goals. You will supervise hourly team members on your shift, ensuring product quality, efficiency, and top-notch guest service. You will also train staff and help with safety, sanitation, and operations.

You will assist in task planning, equipment upkeep, and handling guest feedback, audits, and daily financial controls. This role requires leadership and strong communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months restaurant experience.
• Must have good customer service skills and be able to perceive and react to the needs of others.
• Must have good written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to read company instructions, orders on screen/receipts and written materials.
• Ability to operate cash register, basic mathematical skills.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Must pass Shift/Team Leader training and be certified.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises restaurant hourly team members on assigned shift to ensure product quality, operational efficiency, and guest service.
• Assists in planning and supervising completion of all job task assignments and ensures safety and sanitation compliance.
• Provide training to hourly team members on all aspects of restaurant operation.
• Assist management with equipment maintenance and report needed repairs to GM.
• Perform audits, deposits and reporting; address guest and employee accidents and complaints.
