Job summary

Harri is seeking a Shift Leader to support the management team in achieving restaurant goals and ensuring guest satisfaction on a leadership shift. This role performs similar duties to hourly staff but with supervisory responsibilities and training duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months restaurant experience.
• Must have good customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read instructions, orders, and receipts; basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises restaurant hourly team members on assigned shift.
• Assist in planning and supervising task completion and safety compliance.
• Provide training to hourly staff using company tools.
• Maintain equipment and facilities; inform management of repairs.
