Job summary

Harri is seeking a Shift Leader to support the management team in achieving restaurant goals and profitability on a leadership shift. You will perform duties similar to an Assistant Manager without hiring/terminating staff, while directing hourly team members and ensuring quality service.

Responsibilities include supervising operations, administering training, coordinating equipment repairs, handling deposits, and maintaining safety and sanitation standards. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 6 months restaurant experience.
• Must have good customer service skills and respond to guests’ needs.
• Must have good written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and orders.
• Ability to operate cash register and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises restaurant hourly team members on assigned shift for quality and guest service.
• Assist in planning and supervising completion of tasks and safety procedures.
• Train hourly team members using company tools.
• Monitor equipment and coordinate repairs with the General Manager as needed.
• Handle administrative tasks like audits, deposits, and incident reporting.
• Attend meetings and maintain certifications as required.
• Recommend disciplinary action for team members.
• Maintain cleanliness and oversee shop appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
