HAZA BELL, a Taco Bell franchisee in Woodbridge, NJ, is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to lead a restaurant team during assigned shifts and uphold quality, safety, and guest experience standards.

You will supervise crew, coach staff, manage opening/closing, and ensure compliance with cash handling, inventory, and labor policies while fostering a positive work environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory/managerial role in restaurants.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant crew during your shift.
• Delegate tasks and coach team members to foster a positive environment.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and handle inquiries promptly.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures including cash handling and reconciliation.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Create and manage shift schedules and staffing.
• Train new hires on policies and responsibilities.
• Monitor sales and expenses to meet financial targets.
• Communicate effectively with management and kitchen staff.
