HAZA BELL is hiring a Restaurant Shift Manager at our New Brunswick, NJ location. You will lead a team during your shift, uphold Taco Bell standards, and ensure guest satisfaction through outstanding service and strict adherence to food safety protocols.

The role requires supervising staff, managing opening/closing duties, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency. Strong leadership and hospitality experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory or managerial experience in a restaurant setting.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; able to motivate and coach team.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and safe handling practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Supervise and coordinate restaurant crew; delegate tasks and monitor performance.
• Open/close procedures, cash handling, and daily reconciliation.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and inventory management on shift.
• Train new hires and provide ongoing coaching to staff.
• Monitor sales and costs to support profitability; communicate with management.
