HAZA BELL is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager in Edison, NJ to lead a restaurant team during your shift, uphold Taco Bell standards, and deliver fast, friendly service. You will supervise crew, ensure food safety, and manage opening/closing procedures with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, scheduling, handling cash, and driving profitability while maintaining a safe, clean environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; hospitality or food service preferred.
• Supervisory experience in a restaurant setting.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and handling practices.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train and motivate staff.
