Job summary

The Shift Leader at Ultipro in Fultondale, AL assists the General Manager and on‑duty supervisor to ensure the restaurant’s business plan is followed and that Crew Members and Team Leaders perform to expectations.

You will work with the Restaurant Management Team to maximize sales, control costs, model company values, and provide quality customer service while supporting training and adherence to policies. Two to three years of restaurant supervisory experience required.

Qualifications
