Job summary

Ultipro in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the General Manager with management duties, ensuring the restaurant’s business plan is followed and supervising Crew Persons and Team Leaders.

You will work with the Restaurant Management Team to deliver a quality product and exceptional customer service, lead shift activities, monitor costs, and participate in training and meetings to stay current with industry practices.

Qualifications

• Must have approximately two to three years of experience and/or education demonstrating knowledge of restaurant management.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong planning and time management skills; reliable transportation and a valid license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager or on‑duty manager with management activities.
• Ensure crew and team leaders perform their duties per the job description.
• Lead shift activities to maximize sales and minimize controllable costs.
