Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the General Manager or on-duty supervisor in managing daily restaurant operations. You will work with the restaurant management team to ensure alignment with the business plan and support crew in meeting performance expectations.

The role focuses on delivering quality customer service, coaching staff, and driving shift-level sales while controlling costs. It requires 2–3 years of restaurant management experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Requires 2–3 years of restaurant management experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong planning, time management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the GM or on-duty PIC with management duties.
• Ensure crew and team leaders meet job responsibilities and expectations.
• Lead shift activities to maximize sales and control costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Model and reinforce company values.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.
• Attend training and participate in meetings and calls.
• Perform other duties as needed.
