Job summary

The Shift Leader at Ultipro assists the General Manager or on-duty leader to execute management duties within the restaurant. You will align with the restaurant management team to ensure adherence to the business plan and oversee Crew Persons and Team Leaders in their roles.

You will support customer service quality, drive sales, manage costs, and participate in training, meetings, and special projects as business needs evolve.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 2–3 years of restaurant management experience.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong planning, time management and team-building skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, cash handling, and communications abilities.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license may be requested.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager or on-duty leader with management activities.
• Lead shift activities and supervise Crew Persons and Team Leaders.
• Deliver quality product and customer service, ensuring total satisfaction.
