Job summary

MOD Pizza, Inc. in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Restaurant Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations during shifts and support training for new hires, ensuring standards and an outstanding guest experience.

You will flex to restaurant needs, guide the squad, and model MOD’s purpose on every shift. Compensation is $20.26/hour plus benefits including insurance, vacation, 401(k), free meals, and more.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Experience mentoring, training, or leading others.
• Strong prioritization and decision-making skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbal.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to obtain required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift by ensuring the right squad member is in the right place and performing duties.
• Train newly hired/promoted squad and support new program rollouts.
• Maintain operating systems and equipment to meet restaurant goals and standards.
• Ensure food safety practices in both Back of House and Front of House.
• Address guest or squad concerns and escalate when needed.
• Manage cash handling within the shift and process refunds as required.
• Assist with inventory and placing orders as needed with GM support.
• Follow opening, midday, and closing checklists and use tools to execute tasks.
