MOD Pizza in Sahuarita, AZ is seeking a Restaurant Shift Supervisor to lead operations during shifts, mentor new hires, and uphold MOD standards to deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role focuses on deploying the right squad, training, and maintaining food safety while guiding the team.

You must have at least 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience, strong communication, and the ability to obtain required certifications within 30 days. Competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Experience mentoring, training, or leading others.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proven ability to enforce processes and coach others.
• Calm demeanor during peak periods.
• Must obtain food safety and/or alcohol certification within 30 days where required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work a minimum of 3 shifts and 18 hours per week, including peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during shifts to ensure smooth service.
• Train newly hired/promoted staff and support program rollouts.
• Maintain safety standards for food and equipment in BOH and FOH.
• Refer to MOD tools/standards to ensure quality and consistency.
• Address squad and guest concerns and escalate as needed.
• Manage cash handling within the shift.
• Take inventory and place orders as needed with GM support.
• Complete shift checklists and use all tools to meet requirements.
• Monitor communications from Slice and other sources for squad efficiency.
