MOD Pizza is seeking a Restaurant Shift Supervisor in Phoenix, AZ. You will lead restaurant operations during shifts, train new hires, and uphold MOD standards to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

You will deploy the squad, manage cash and inventory, and ensure safety with MOD tools. The role requires 1+ year in customer service, 18+ years old, and ability to work at least 3 shifts weekly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Ability to mentor, train, or lead informal teams.
• Strong decision-making and prioritization skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work 3 shifts (~18 hours/week).
• Proficiency in written and oral communication.
• Food safety and alcohol beverage certifications to be obtained within 30 days where required.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts and support training of new hires.
• Ensure squad deployment, task execution, and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain safety and quality using MOD tools and standards.
• Manage cash handling, refunds, and day-end closing tasks.
• Take inventory, place orders, and monitor opening/closing checklists.
• Communicate updates from Slice and other sources to the team.
