Job summary

HMSHost is hiring for a Manager II position at the Atlanta Airport location. The role focuses on tactically executing complex QSR or Casual Dine operations, ensuring a clean, ready-for-business restaurant, staffing, and high operational standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years in food and beverage, cash handling and customer service.
• Supervisory or lead experience in a Casual Dine restaurant or production kitchen.
• Ability to read, comprehend instructions and policy documents; communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Open, daily and closing procedures with adherence to policies.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of associates within the unit.
• Ensure compliance with AB policies and staff understanding of AB procedures.
• Participate in interviews and assist in hiring decisions with the GM.
• Create schedules, assign tasks, and ensure adequate coverage.
• Ensure rest breaks and meals are scheduled; maintain clean, stocked displays.
• Ensure equipment is in good working order and manage cash handling per policy.
• Monitor wellness and safety procedures and report concerns.
