Job summary

HMSHost is seeking a Manager II to support the Chicago Airport F&B operation. You will assist the General Manager, supervise restaurant staff, and ensure daily readiness, cleanliness, and high standards of service.

This role requires strong leadership, adherence to health and safety policies, and the ability to manage schedules and inventory. Excellent guest service and years in food & beverage are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service experience.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory or lead experience in a Casual Dine restaurant or production kitchen.
• Ability to read, write and understand policy documents and interact with customers.

Responsibilities

• Open, daily and closing procedures with adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of associates within the unit.
• Ensure compliance with AB (adult beverage) policies and safety procedures.
• Participate in hiring, shift planning, and scheduling of staff.
• Place orders, receive goods and process invoices.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and visually appealing display areas and ensure equipment works.
