Job summary

HMSHost is seeking a Manager II to support Branch management in tactically executing complex QSR or Casual Dine restaurant operations. You will ensure the restaurant is clean, ready for business, staffed, and operates to high standards.

The Manager II uses prescribed policies to make daily management decisions and leads teams across units to deliver excellent guest experiences. The role requires 4+ years in F&B with cash handling and customer service, plus 2+ years of supervisory experience in

Qualifications

• Requires minimum 4 years in food & beverage, cash handling and customer service.
• Requires 2 years supervisory or lead experience in Casual Dine settings.
• Ability to read, speak and understand instructions and policy documents.

Responsibilities

• Completes opening, daily and closing procedures per company policies.
• Supervises day-to-day activities of associates within units or POS.
• Ensures compliance with alcohol policies and AB procedures.
• Participates in hiring decisions and scheduling for associates.
• Assigns tasks, prepares schedules and ensures shifts are covered.
• Ensures breaks and meals are taken by staff, maintains cleanliness and stock levels.
• Maintains cash handling, security of cash and POS procedures.
• Monitors wellness and safety, reports safety concerns to GM.
• Performs Health and Safety activities per Guide to Associate Health and Safety.
• Places orders, receives goods and processes invoices.
• Keeps contact information up to date for all associates.
