HMSHost is seeking a Manager II to assist branch management in executing complex QSR or Casual Dine operations. You will ensure the restaurant is clean, staffed, and runs to high standards, using prescribed policies to guide decisions.

The position requires supervision of daily activities, adherence to health and safety guidelines, and involvement in hiring and scheduling across a busy unit. On-site work at various hours is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in F&B, cash handling, and customer service.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or lead experience in Casual Dine.
• Ability to read and understand instructions and policies.

Responsabilités

• Open, operate, and close procedures per policy
• Supervise daily activities of associates in unit
• Ensure compliance with AB policies and procedures
• Assist in hiring decisions and staff promotions
• Schedule creation and shift coverage
• Ensure rest breaks and meals are taken
• Keep displays clean and appealing
• Maintain equipment and cash handling integrity
• Monitor wellness and safety practices
• Record health & safety activities as required
• Place orders, receive goods, process invoices
• Maintain current contact info for associates
