Avolta, including Dufry, HMSHost Corporation, Hudson, and affiliates, is seeking a Manager II to support branch management in executing complex restaurant operations at the Jacksonville airport. The role ensures cleanliness, readiness for business, staffing, and high operational standards across the unit.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, enforcing safety and beverage policies, interviewing and scheduling, and maintaining equipment and cash controls.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum 4 years food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service experience.
• Requires minimum 2 years supervisory or lead experience in a Casual Dine restaurant or production kitchen.
• Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions and policy documents.

Responsabilités

• Completes opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists.
• Supervises day-to-day activities of associates within the unit.
• Ensures compliance with all beverage policies and AB procedures.
• Participates in interviewing and staffing decisions with GM.
• Assigns tasks and prepares work schedules to cover shifts.
• Monitors wellness and safety procedures and reports concerns.
• Places orders, receives goods, and processes invoices.
• Maintains accurate contact information for associates.
