Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have 1+ years of restaurant supervisory experience and pass the EPL Food Safety Audit after hire.

Responsabilités

• Oversee restaurant opening and closing procedures, including security.
• Coordinate crew tasks for setup, food prep and cleaning.
• Manage inventory and handle food deliveries with accurate records.
• Ensure customer service metrics meet goals and safety standards.
• Lead and train team on new products and procedures.
• Handle cash, deposits, and audits; supervise shift operations.
• Greet customers and support service quality; perform other duties as assigned.
