Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; certified on EPL SPECS or 1+ year restaurant supervisory experience.
• Must pass EPL Food Safety Audit (FSA) after hire.
• Ability to lead a team, manage shift tasks and uphold safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Open/close restaurant; coordinate tasks, inventory, and deliveries.
• Maintain service speed and cleanliness to meet EPL standards.
• Adjust staffing and supervise breaks during shifts.
• Train team on new products and procedures.
• Handle cash, deposits, and catering orders with Area Leader guidance.
• Greet customers and ensure friendly service.
