Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred and 1+ year supervisory restaurant experience.
- Must pass EPL Food Safety Audit (FSA) after hire.
Responsibilities
- Oversee opening and closing procedures and inventory checks.
- Maintain service speed and cleanliness per standards.
- Schedule and supervise team during shifts and manage breaks.
- Train staff on new products and procedures.
- Handle cash, deposits, and daily restaurant operations on shift.
- Greet customers and ensure a positive experience.
