Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be certified on EPL SPECS positions or have 1+ years of restaurant supervisory experience and pass the EPL Food Safety Audit after hire.
• Ability to manage opening/closing procedures, inventory, and cash handling with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening and closing procedures and security.
• Coordinate crew tasks for setup, food prep, and cleaning.
• Monitor service speed and cleanliness to meet standards.
• Train and support team on new products and procedures.
• Manage cash handling, deposits, and audits during shifts.
• Greet customers and ensure a friendly, helpful service.
• Adapt staffing to sales and assist with operations as needed.
