Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to manage daily restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts, reporting to exempt management. You will ensure guest satisfaction, uphold brand standards, and drive profitability while leading a team with energy and integrity.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Maintain high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Strong leadership and ability to supervise peers.
• Some college education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management.
• Act as ambassador of Brand Standards to ensure guest loyalty and profit maximization.
• Resolve guest interactions and supervise team members with strong leadership.
• Be adaptable to work across additional hourly roles as needed.
