Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to manage day-to-day restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management. You will act as an ambassador of brand standards and work on guest interactions to maximize profitability while maintaining quality and cleanliness.

The role involves on-the-job training for leadership tasks and the possibility of working in other hourly roles as needed, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum 1 year full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Proven track record of maintaining high standards in cleanliness, food quality and guest satisfaction.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities
