Job summary

Red Robin is seeking an energetic Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management. You will train and lead team members, uphold brand standards, and ensure guest satisfaction while driving profitability.

The role supports growth within the leadership team, with on-the-job training for management tasks and leadership development. A strong candidate shows reliability and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum 1 year full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Record of maintaining high standards in cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Business maturity and ability to supervise peers.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations during scheduled mid and closing shifts under supervision of exempt management.
• Act as ambassador of company and brand standards to ensure guest loyalty and profit maximization.
• Resolve guest issues and optimize profits while maintaining product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
• May work in this role as well as other hourly roles based on restaurant needs.
