Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Maintain high standards in cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Strong leadership and people skills; supervise peers.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Passion for the business and compassionate guest service.
• Energetic, self-motivated, dependable.
• Good communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Basic business math and accounting skills.
• Flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation.
• ServSafeCertified preferred.
