Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to manage daily restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under the supervision of exempt management. You will be an ambassador of our brand standards to ensure guest loyalty and profit maximization, while maintaining product quality and a clean environment.

As part of the leadership team, you will resolve guest interactions, provide on-the-job training for leadership tasks, and may perform other hourly roles as needed to support restaurant

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred.
• Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Business maturity and an ability to effectively supervise peers.
• Passion for the business and compassion for people.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant during scheduled mid and closing shifts under the supervision of exempt management.
• Be an ambassador of Company & Brand Equity Standards to ensure guest loyalty and profit maximization.
• Supervise peers and resolve guest interactions with a focus on guest satisfaction and product quality.
• Participate in on-the-job training for leadership growth and tasks.
