The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced restaurant environment with a flexible schedule and strong attention to detail. Training will be provided to grow into leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred.
• Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Business maturity and an ability to effectively supervise peers.
• Flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
• Serv Safe Certified preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant during scheduled mid and closing shifts.
• Act as an ambassador of Brand Equity Standards to ensure guest loyalty and profit maximization.
• Resolve guest concerns and optimize product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
• Supervise peers and collaborate with exempt management on leadership growth.
• May work in other hourly roles as needed based on restaurant need.
