Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help manage day-to-day restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under the supervision of exempt management. This leadership role focuses on delivering guest satisfaction, maintaining product quality, and supporting team members through on‑the‑job training and supervision.

The position may involve cross-training for other hourly roles based on restaurant needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Good oral and written communication and basic math/analytical skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
