You will guide team members, manage schedules, and ensure operational excellence across daily restaurant activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the restaurant industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant crew during shifts and ensure tasks are completed.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to team members.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and prompt handling of inquiries and complaints.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
