Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and high-quality food is prepared and served, while ensuring the restaurant crew is well trained and provides excellent service.

The role involves keeping a clean, organized line, supporting food safety processes, training and developing crew, managing office duties, and contributing to a strong guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Experience in maintaining positive customer service.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with handling office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, read and write the primary language of the work location.
• A high school diploma is required.
• Restaurant experience is preferred.

Mansioni

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Assist in resolving food quality issues.
• Support food safety, including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, shelf life monitoring, and daily safety checklists.
• Address customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, meetings, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties (banking, cash handling policies, paperwork).
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stocked.
