Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served and the crew is well trained. The role involves keeping a clean line, training staff, and stepping in to assist with tasks when idle.

You will lead front-of-house crews, support daily operations, and contribute to a high-standard guest experience. This position offers growth and a history of internal promotions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Ability to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, temperature checks and daily checklists.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, meetings, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front of house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and developing future leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties and banking policies.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained.
