Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served. You will lead a restaurant crew, keep a clean line, and uphold food safety standards to deliver great guest experiences.

You will train and develop front-of-house staff, support scheduling, and assist with office tasks. This role emphasizes leadership, communication, and a commitment to Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience required.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to read/write/speak the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality food is served and customers are satisfied.
• Maintain a clean, organized line and functioning equipment.
• Support food safety practices: handwashing, gloves, time/temperature checks, shelf life monitoring.
• Assist with resolving customer incidents and ensuring positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; support training.
• Develop and coach front-of-house crew; assist with performance reviews and leadership development.
• Assist with office administration duties such as banking and paperwork; ensure supplies and equipment are stocked.
