Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking a Restaurant Performance Standards (RPS) Manager to lead a team of RPS Assessors responsible for evaluating food safety, cleanliness, customer experience, and brand protection across markets.

You will coach Assessors, drive program improvements, and partner with Operations leaders to raise operational performance. Travel up to 50% may be required, with a focus on consistent and accurate assessments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years as RPS Assessor or 5+ years multi-unit management in quick service.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Ability to train, coach, and develop teams.
• Strong presentation skills to leaders.
• Excellent organization and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day performance, development, and coaching of RPS Assessors.
• Onboard and develop Assessors through coaching, feedback, and performance development.
• Lead recurring meetings to communicate assessment methodology updates, scoring changes, new standards, and initiatives.
• Ensure Assessments are accurate, consistent, and aligned with standards and department expectations.
• Monitor assessment execution, results, and reporting to identify risks and opportunities.
• Partner with Restaurant and field leadership to build understanding of RPS standards and performance expectations.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on restaurant operations, food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Support implementation of Company programs by aligning with the RPS program.
• Collaborate with Center of Excellence to evolve the RPS program.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
