Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is seeking an Operations Manager to partner with the Restaurant Leader in driving operational excellence and upholding Raising Cane's standards and culture across all restaurant areas.

The role focuses on executing restaurant operations, managing shifts, ensuring safety, and delivering exemplary customer service while maintaining a clean, well-run facility. Training will be provided to support growth and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of Restaurant or retail management experience.
• Possess a valid, state-issued driver’s license.
• Must complete all required Raising Cane's company training programs.
• Able to work days, evenings and weekends and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Executes Restaurant operations functions.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens/closes the Restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Enforces company policies and standards.
• Executes shift management meetings and safety standards.
• Deploys Crewmembers during shifts and provides customer service.
• Ensures cleanliness and proper functioning of the facility.
