Job summary

Raising Cane's Restaurant is seeking a highly capable Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture. The role requires overseeing shift operations, opening and closing, cash handling, and ensuring top customer service in a fast-paced setting.

You will lead crewmembers, enforce company policies, and maintain cleanliness and safety across all restaurant zones.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively independently and with others.
• Experience in staffing, scheduling, people and cost management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensures operations meet Raising Cane’s standards in all restaurant zones during a shift.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens and closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Directs crewmembers during a shift.
• Provides exemplary customer service.
• Utilizes reward and recognition program for crewmembers in the restaurant.
• Authorizes employee functions requiring manager approval (e.g. discounts, promotions, timeclock overrides).
• Ensures cleanliness of the restaurant and facility is in good working order.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
