Job summary

Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Leader to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and uphold Raising Cane's standards and culture in all areas of restaurant operations.

The role involves working in a fast-paced kitchen, interacting with customers, and ensuring food safety and cleanliness. You will lead hourly crewmembers, oversee onboarding and payroll, and help manage schedules and performance in a growing brand.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing.
• Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Hires and terminates all hourly, non-management crewmembers.
• Owns onboarding, status changes and payroll for all hourly crewmembers.
• Creates crewmember work and training schedules.
• Manages performance of all hourly crewmembers (coaching, documentation, feedback).
• Acts as manager on duty and opens/closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
