Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers® is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture during shift management. The role involves managing a fast-paced kitchen environment, interacting with customers, and ensuring a safe, clean facility.

The Restaurant Manager will supervise crewmembers, enforce policies, and drive customer service excellence, with opportunities for growth in a rapidly expanding brand.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Detail-oriented, organized with strong communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems.
• Able to work a variety of shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations.
• Open and close the restaurant as manager on duty.
• Manage cash handling and ensure accountability.
• Provide exemplary customer service and oversee shift execution.
• Direct crewmembers and enforce standards.
