The role includes directing crewmembers, ensuring service quality, and maintaining a clean, safe environment in a fast-paced setting.

The position requires 1+ year of restaurant or retail management, strong communication and cost-management skills, and flexibility across shifts.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized with strong multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for team and customer interactions.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage crew and shift operations.
• Experience with staffing, scheduling, and cost control in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient with common technology systems and Microsoft Office.
• Willing to work varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Leader with day-to-day operations.
• Open and close the restaurant as the manager on duty.
• Manage cash handling and accountability.
• Enforce company policies and standards across shifts.
• Lead and direct crewmembers; ensure excellent customer service.
• Utilize rewards and recognition programs for staff and track results.
• Complete required company training programs and ensure a clean, safe environment.
