Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations, uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture in shift management, and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operations meet Raising Cane’s standards in all restaurant zones during a shift.
• Act as manager on duty and open/close the restaurant.
• Manage cash handling and ensure accountability.
• Enforce policies and standards and supervise crew during shifts.
• Provide exemplary customer service and lead by example.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the restaurant and equipment.
