Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager, uphold brand standards, and inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management by following cash control procedures and managing labor.
• Ensure all employees receive proper training and resources.

• Lead efforts in recognition, collaboration, and motivation.
• Identify and recruit exceptional talent, supporting the GM in hiring.

• Take charge of daily operations in GM's absence and drive performance.
• Model the MIC Success Routine to prioritize customer needs and satisfaction.
• Oversee Shift Excellence responsibilities and uphold food safety standards.
• Collaborate with the GM on performance assessments and coaching.
• Lead recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of Team Members.
• Support Profit & Loss management, inventory, and labor control.
• Review financial reports and take actions to improve performance.
• Assist in facility maintenance and safety compliance.
