Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Must pass background check.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Reliable private transportation.
• At least 1 year of Assistant Management experience; food service experience is a plus.
• Able to perform basic math.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Able to work a varied schedule including late nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Uphold brand standards and customer experiences.
• Lead by example through training, coaching, and recognizing the team.
• Oversee daily operations in the Restaurant General Manager's absence.
• Hire, train, and develop new team members.
• Help achieve financial goals and monitor sales, labor, and inventory.
• Provide feedback on new hires and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
