Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in the GM's absence and to drive peak performance. You will train, coach, and recognize the team, uphold brand standards, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

In this role, you’ll manage P&L, cash control, inventory, and labor, while promoting equity and belonging. Expect a 50-hour work week with opportunities for growth and career advancement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Experience in P&L management, cash control, inventory, and labor.
• Ability to train and motivate staff.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Champion Taco Bell culture and values.

Responsibilities

• Model MIC Success Routine to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee Shift Excellence and uphold food safety standards.
• Provide coaching and feedback; address employee relations issues.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members.
• Support P&L management, cash control, inventory, and labor.
• Review financial reports and take actions to optimize performance.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed.
