• Assist with P&L management, cash control and inventory management.
• Strong communication, leadership and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations in GM's absence and ensure brand standards.
• Train, coach, and recognize team members to deliver great customer experiences.
• Oversee Shift Excellence and food safety compliance.
